During the past twenty years the economy of Cyprus has moved from agriculture to light manufacturing and services, the service sector that included tourism that has reached almost seventy percent.

language in school.

items to the island, which imports them in trade for the products the have to export. The items that are imported by the United States from Cyprus are clothing and footwear, as well as
steel tubes and pipes, along with different food items and some dairy products.
There are employment practices in place on the island, giving business people ability to be self employed or move a business from another country and register it in Cyprus to have it approved there is a small fee and there are businesses that offer services to do this process for business owners including having an attorney file the papers for this new business in Cyprus. After the name of the business has been approved there will be a registration fee that will be based on the capital of the company and there are also tax incentives for the businessperson offered by the government of Cyprus. This makes opening a business or moving one to the island a very attractive deal for business owners.
